slurm config: improvements

• provide default settings for op[i]d**: at the moment on beamline computer we are forced to provide the export--all option and submit to x86_64. We can either propose a default config or / and target gpu by default
• the 'cast volume' seems to target a nice* folder which doesn't exists at the moment

Regarding the following bottleneck

provide default settings for op[i]d**: at the moment on beamline computers we are forced to provide
the export--all option and submit to x86_64. We can either propose a default config or / and target gpu by default

I see several options:

• (a) add a warning near the --export option in case we have 'login name' == op[i]d[xx] and --export==None
• (b) duplicate the set of configuration: one when launched as opidXX and one without ?
• (c) force the --export in case login == op[i]d[xx]

@pautran @paleo incomes are welcome

For me (a) is probably the best option (with a clear tooltip). Because: (b) would reduce readability (to much Information... this add noise) (c) forcing an option is usually not a good idea, because it could evolve for some reason later.

After discussion the first option seems to be the best one:

• simple warning when opid and -export ==NONE and when submitting to power9
