Better QFileDialog

Description

The current file dialog in tomwer don't give the possibility to manually type the path.

It will be nice to be abble to do it. That would allow to get access to the usual /data/visitor/proposal/ faster without having to charge the 1000 of proposal folder. Just like any file explorer

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

For some reason the file selection interface is different between the scan selector and the nxtomomill widgets. In the scan selector you can paste while in the nxtomomill widget you can't. Investigating
