re-raise workflow errors when running an orange workflow with Qt triggering

Wout De Nolf requested to merge workflow_test_failures into main

The same as !153 (merged) but now not for individual widgets but entire workflows.

FYI the class OrangeCanvasHandler ("Run orange widget-based workflow manually (i.e. without executing the Qt application)") is currently only used in tests.
