Fix misc issues in styleguide

Axel Bocciarelli requested to merge fix-styleguide into master
  • Lunr index was not copied to the right location in development.
  • Developer documentation was somewhat out of date.
  • There were a bunch of prop-types issues and other random errors.
  • The favicon was not loaded from the right path.

I haven't touched the "UI Components" section for now.
