_AngleSelectionWidget: fix Was not reenabling the 90-270 option when comming from a scan range of 180degree to a 360degree scan range

The previous implementation was far from being robust. For example if angles was not starting at 0 degree.
Now we take as reference the first projection angle (considered as beeing 0).
From this reference value we get +90, +180 or +270.
Implementation is now more pythonic as well.

`getRadiosForAxisCalc` has been renamed `get_opposite_projections`
