[tomodir] when a .abo file is find, do not add the directory into the ignore folders anymore. Move up the test to be the first operation to check in the acquisition directory

- deal with .abo file and add a status for `acquisition canceled`
- add some unit test to make sure they are correctly managed

[RawH5ParamEditor]: when a variable or a structure is not in the given file signal it will log it. But now it will only be an info instead of a warning
