VolumeSingleFrameBase: rename 'ignore_existing_files' to 'skip_existing_data_files_removal' and 'clean_output_data' to 'remove_existing_data_files'

Also make sure there is no 'remaining' from any volume saved previously.

Else for example if we save once the full volume and second only the first quarter of the volume for example it would load the full volume afterwards.
