Add 'from_bliss_original_file_to_raw' to tomoscan.esrf.scan.utils

Indeed this is probably the result of using 'realpath' at one point at nxtomomill side. So we ended having path with '/gpfs/' or '/mnt/'. It was modified at nxtomomill side.

Converting back to nxtomo should fix the issue. But this is not a 'reliable' solution for legacy. So let use this function (that used to be at tomwer level).
