  • (Dev) processing classes, pipelines, and reconstructors
  • Update API doc

Notes

The markdown parser was changed from recommonmark to myst-parser, as the former was not working anymore and the latter is now recommended by sphinx. However, links to API doc with a heading (eg. [ClassName](apidoc/module#ClassName)) are not working anymore.
