add test for edna2 logging

Add test for !6 (merged)

Related to #10 (closed) where we don't see DozorM2 logs. At least this test checks that if something is logged in the edna2 task, it goes to the stdout/stderr and the log file of the workflow. And if you print something it shows up on the stdout/stderr but not in the log file.
