The changes with the purpose of adding session had the proposal attribute
renamed to proposalName, which, of course, breaks all the macros and
has no added value. The same with the sessions, the new attribute was
sessionName. Being new, that would be alright, but shorter seems better.
We already know it is a name.

Delete pom.xml. ESRF uses conda packages and the pom file and the README.md indicate their still maven built. But no. So delete the file to avoid future confusion.

Custom parameters can be added with `mgrproxy.SetParameters(jsonstring)`. These have priority over parameters and labels. No "remote" support for custom parameters.
