Resolve "It is possible to mint doi multiple times accidentally"

The form submit button turns to a spinner after it's clicked and until it gets a response from the backend.

Then, as already implemented:

• if the response is success the form is cleared and a notification with the new DOI is sent.
• if error, the form stays intact and error notification is displayed.
