Resolve "Improve generic dataset view / responsive"

Removed lazy wrapper height constraint.

This allowed to have a stable page height even after loading lazy elements, which was required for the hash anchor button (direct link to the list scrolled down to the specific dataset).

As this button was removed (explore button is better to have a link to a single dataset), it is no longer required.
