Rework project add configuration and merge bm05 controller

This PR start from the state of ID19 and rework it clean the project and make it usable at BM05.

The following features are provided:

• Rework the project as lib layout
  • It have to be pip installed
• Create entry points
  • TomoSamples and TomoSampleStage are executable binaries
• Device property to setup the controller kind and host
  • robot_controller, which can be one of bm05 or id19
  • robot_host, the host of the controller
• Test and CI
