During the **retrospective** we raised the following points:
|
|
|
1. Morning's stand ups: consider twice a week instead of three times. Cosider also doing them 15min later to ensure good attendance.
|
|
|
2. We will continue with 4 week long sprints for now
|
|
|
3. We will continue DCM work next sprint to try to finish all items listed above
|
|
|
4. Task breakdowns are useful, we should try to be more precise in this area
|
|
|
5. Upon completion of a task we will quickly reevaluate the number of points that should have had
|
|
|
6. Unplanned items should be carefully analysed before decide to add them to the sprint.
|
|
|
7. We will study how to centralise helpdesk functions within the Bliss development team to ensure less interruptions.
