As we can see,
* We only completed 16 points of the 42 planned (the rest were unplanned): 38%
* we manage to deliver 34 points out of 42 we wanted to do: 81%

* We added 26 unplanned points, increasing the total number of points on the sprint by 62%

The **sprint retrospective** main points were:
1. Agreement reach to move the daily scrum to 13:30h from 09:45h and do it standing up
2. Commitment to improve unplanned items documentation (task list, definition of done, point stimation)
3. We will not add non-BLISS items to the sprint board. (We need to find a way to estimate the amount of effort spent on non-BLISS items though)
4. Agreement to push for for a BLISS roadmap (feature-based)
5. We will continue with the GitLab digital board
6. It is a bit too early to imply more EXPD or present more stuff at the moment, but we will do it when we will have more concrete items
7. Create some metris/management reports to show the effort we do looks like a good idea
