Unfortunately our Product Owner (PO), Emmanuel Papillon was off-sick, so the meeting went ahead without his help.

The team agreed that it should be reasonable to try to complete the following:

2. #137 det_mca_core_for_Mercury (we edited a story based on E. Papillon list to create this one)

|
3. #109 det_basler_bpm
|
|
|
4. #113 motor_ice_shutter
|
|
|
5. #114 beamviewer

|
|
6. #116 transfoc_lenses
|
|
|
|
|
|
As part of this exercise we agreed a "definition of done" and a task breakdown, like can be seen in the image:

Also, J. Bodera added a special item #138 Improve Product Backlog for E. Papillon, so we can have a more refined Product Backlog ahead of the next sprint.

|
|
|
|
|
Off-sprint, but noted:
|
|
|
1. J. Bodera added another item: #139 , which will need to be done at some point in the future.
|
|
|
2. J. Bodera will book a meeting for 06/09 or 07/09 to estimate items from the Product Backlog, so the next sprint planning meeting will be more fluid. This session will last up to 1 1/2h.

|
|
|
|
|
And that was it, we finished slightly earlier than planned (probably because we were fewer people than expected). |
