Reine did a presentation covering the different stakeholders and their responsibilities, recent activities during the shutdown, known errors and development required for energy scans and synchronisation. This area of work covers ASD's ADM, ISDD's ACU, EXPD and ISDD's BCU, therefore it is not always evident what's the source of the problem and how to best debug and test the issues.

From the information in slide 5 ( Version update 4.3.0 (only on ID21 right now): force reading from device instead of cache to avoid state discrepancies) Armando pointed out that to provide cached values concerning the status of a device is not acceptable and that when one asks for the movement status of the undulator one wants the current status and not the status as measured sometime ago. Anything else is to ask for troubles.

For the synchronisation, a new development is required. This project is going to be lead by JM Chaise (ISDD's ACU), with support from Frank Revol and others (BCU, EXPD, cabling, etc.). **NEW ACTION** : JM Chaize to share for the next BSC a project plan (tasks, timescales and key stakeholders)

For the energy scans work is ongoing but there isn't a clear project leader. **NEW ACTION**: JC Biasci to appoint a project leader, who will need to share a plan (tasks, timescales and key stakeholders) as well.
