**ACTIONS**
* *# 13 Full list of available commands (cheatsheet-like) documentation* : In the previous BSC it was agreed that Matias would share the latest version of this with Thomas who would provide feedback and help improve the document. This has not taken place and Thomas has committed to ask for this document and review it by the next BSC. ACTION REMAINS OPEN.
* *# 19 Set up a system/place for new features/suggestions/new requirements for BLISS* : Jens explained that the entry point for BLISS with information on how to request changes/improvements/new features has been partially done, however this is not fully deployed to beamlines, so they are using the mailing list for now. ACTION REMAINS OPEN.
* *# 23 MCA Support in BLISS* : Matias reported that Cyril is working on this item, which should be done early June. Wout will assess during June's BSC the work done and Jordi will email BL scientists of ID21, ID15, ID26 and ID10 the week before the BSC to gather feedback about their satisfaction on this development. ACTION REMAINS OPEN.
* *# 24 Data Policy working well with BLISS Beamlines* : Aparently this is no longer an issue and it is done. ACTION CLOSED.
* *# 26 Plan a session in May (classroom-like)* : Harald said that most BL are stopped and therefore staff could use the time to get familiar with BLISS, therefore it seems like a good time to plan a session in BLISS. Veijo replied that by now most staff at BLs with BLISS are already familiar with the system and Jens added that the BCU has received requests from people that do not know the system (BL technicians, staff working with electronics, etc.).
Matias pointed out that beamline scientists, technicians and electronics people are quite different audiences that would use BLISS in different ways and therefore require different training, to which Jens replied that the training session should be aimed t beginners and be remote, covering pretty basic stuff to get people started. Harald agreed with Jens and Veijo suggested to repeat the training done last time in the aditorium via a remote webinar.

Keeping in mind current schedule for shutdowns it was agreed to plan this session for week commencing 8th June, soon after the start of the shutdown, so we can report on how it went during June's BSC. The session should be recorded for the future. ACTION REMAINS OPEN.
* # 27 BLISS automatic deployment* : Jens explained that during next shutdown with new BLISS versions this action will advance and that most of the work will be done during the summer shutdown to ensure that all BLISS instances are of the same version. ACTION REMAINS OPEN.
