Draft: flint: Rework the scan info parsing to use top_master from chain

Have to be rebased on top of !5845 (merged)

This PR rework the scan_info parsing to use top_master from the chain, instead of devices (this changes is still in WIP).

This rework more stuffs that i wanted to do. So everything should be rechecked again before merging.

Plus, few clean up to remove dead code, because the scan info parsing is at some place a bunch of old stuffs

Could be merged for the 2.0
