scaninfo: Fixes on the scaninfo

This PR provides some fixes to the scan info

• Describe missing stuffs
• Fix name for display_extra as it is supposed to be part of the spec
• Added top_master for the chain to point to the main device
• Put some stuffs as deprecated to be clear (it is still generated by BLISS anyway for now)

top_master was added because there is now enough meta info for each devices to find out everything needed from a single top master. As result the list of devices in chains is just duplication of information.

This will require a new package for blissdata @felix
