Resolve "autof: add scan_metadata to autof and filterset controller"

Gather all autofilter counters in a single NXdetector group + add metadata. The filter metadata is a separate NXattenuator group.
In addition we also remove all the metadata from the controller nodes in Redis. The writer now gets the device/detector metadata from scan_info. It stills gets metadata of channels/counters from the associated nodes in Redis.
