create a first raw version for json compatibility
deal with add-on and aliases. For now all the json code in the Scheme, Node and Link. I guess we should have as for xml a JsonParser wich deal with aliases. So the 'Scheme.from_json_file' and 'Scheme.load_from_json_file' functions should be removed from Scheme and move to json_parser. This way we could have several parser which could modify the json_data before calling Scheme.load_from_json -> should be in an independant PR
