Draft: bliss integrator and stackdataset

NEEDS: ewoksdata!77 (diffs)

New task: IntegrateBlissScanSlice uses the (incoming) ewoksdata method: iter_bliss_scan_data_from_memory_slice and saves the result of specific slices of the stream into specific slots of the dataset using ewoksdata.data.hdf5.dataset_writer.StackDatasetWriter

Still needs:

• Merge ewoksdata!77 (diffs)
• Implement slice integration reading from file (with dynamic file)
