I have copied the edna-mx files to ewoksmx/src/ewoksmx/lib in order to avoid the dependency on edna-mx.

This is a temporary solution, I will move the edna-mx code to edna2 so the ewoksmx/src/ewoksmx/lib files will eventually be deleted.
