New Workflow for processing stream files

Create new workflow to process .stream file. This includes the generation of .hkl file, .mtz file. If needed, it should determine the cell parameters, the estimated space group. Finally, it should put all temporary files to subdirectories logs and tempfiles. Should include the space group refinement with pointless.
