Data viewer opens the file only when needed

Wout De Nolf requested to merge fix_data_viewer into main

Modified the DataViewer widget

  • it is now the entire silx view app
  • no longer keeps the hdf5 file open with commonh5 (thanks @tvincent !)
  • the hdf5 file is always opened in read-only mode without locking
