Spec to bliss task + widget

Wout De Nolf requested to merge spec_h5_task into main

The data viewer widget is a refactored version of silx.app.view.Viewer. Unfortunately I cannot use that on directly because it is a mainwidget. This gives use maintenance burden but I don't see another way. The data viewer widget may move the ewoksdata at some point if used in other workflows.
