Draft: Concatenate bliss scans and generalize regridding

This MR provides

  • Concatenate Bliss scans
  • Generalize regridding of any scatter XRF data, not based on evolution of motor positions like before (which on works for a single scans, not concatenated data)

The optimal grid to be use in regridding is determined automatically from the scatter coordinates.
