Support for blissdata 2

  • Support blissdata 2.x (currently in pre-release)
  • Remove support for the id31_2.0 branch (the branch still exists but has been rebased on 2.0.x)
  • Add integration tests in CI with blissdemo
  • Trust blissdata version instead of trying to import blissdata modules
