Add workflow tests

Wout De Nolf requested to merge add_workflow_tests into main

I added tests for the example_bm23.ows, example_larch.ows and example_pymca.ows with EXAFS data (.dat and .h5) and fullfield data (.h5).

Some tests are skipped due to unrelated issues.
