Replace `inputs_complete` by `force_start_node`

inputs_complete was replaced by force_start_node in the latest ewokscore release: https://gitlab.esrf.fr/workflow/ewoks/ewokscore/-/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md?ref_type=heads

See 9db18698 for the relevant changes. I did some refactorings in the following commit.
