Clear graphRF usage

Giannis Koumoutsos requested to merge clear-GraphRF-usage into main

Removed the usage of GraphRF type whenever its usage was not the best approach.

Need to discuss about the remaining that have to do with:

  1. using the rfToEwoks function
  2. the loadedGraphs that are graphRF type and
  3. calcGraphInputsOutputs that uses it.
