Add a top navbar to navigate between edit and monitor routes

For #172 (closed)

A bit ugly but that will do for now since its location will surely change (!287 (comment 262401))

Plus minor improvements:

• / now redirects to /edit rather that the other way round.
• /monitor now opens in the same page when clicking on Execute Workflow
