Use dashed border on parent instead of border to highlight selected node

  1. Move node style in the CSS (previously body in nodeStyles, now dedicated CSS class node-content)
  2. Replace the change of color of the border by the appearance of a dashed border around the node to still be able to see the change in node border color.
