the default slurm argument is slurm_arguments since pyslurmutils 0.2.0

The tests are not actually using the content of execute_arguments and worker_options, they just check that these variables are passed to the ewoks job as is. Shall we change the content to something non-nonsensical? Otherwise we need to keep the parameters up-to-date with breaking changes for no reason.
