[CI] add doc pages deployement

Once merged and CI ended this will create ewokscore documentation in: https://workflow.gitlab-pages.esrf.fr/ewoks/ewokscore

note: the step insuring documentation deployment must be named 'pages' otherwise deployment is not done.
