Change feedback mail and remove images from /pictures folder

Guillaume Gaisne requested to merge Change-mail-request-images-removal into main

Solve issues #1 and #3. Concerning #3, the pictures have been removed from the disk but are still stored in ICAT creating a dead download link on the website. Then, the images from the /pictures folder are filtered out after the API request on the files of a dataset.
