Set up router base dir for pages

Pages are broken as I forgot to set the router basename as advised in !92 (comment 214210)

Unfortunately, dealing with a different basename in the tests and Cypress is a hot mess. So, I now only set the basename through the variable for the pages job, hoping that it will work 🤞
