Remove follow mode and highlight new entries

As discussed, I'm removing the follow mode checkbox and auto-select behaviour.

When a new file is detected, the filebrowser entry is now highlighted for a few seconds. I was not able to test this on Bosquet due to Nginx issue with websockets, but here's what the highlight animation looks like:
