Sync the font with the tomo application state

This MR provides

  • Added gitlab manual job to build the fonts, so what it is not needed to do it in your computer.
  • Tune the global vertical location of the glyphs (during the font generation)
  • Use Unicode Private Use Area for the glyphs
  • Updated and added some glyphs
