HOA homepage improvements

David Stansby requested to merge hoa-home-cleanups into main

Some more editing to the HOA homepage to:

  • Make the first frame of the video load by setting preload='metadata'
  • Make the introduction paragraphs less wordy
  • Re-order the sections to Team/References are next to each other (more logical)
  • Remove <ul> from the team list, it doesn't really fit the rest of the page
  • Remove <ul> from funder list, with the link highlighting I think it separates the items fine
