Don't pre-load video on HOA homepage

This prevents the video on the home page from auto-loading every time the home page is visited, saving a ~60MB download every time. This partly addresses #30 (closed) (and to be honest, I think we should just put a pretty picture on the home page instead of a video to keep it simple, but this will do for now)
