Filter out the images coming from the /pictures folder

Some pictures have been removed from the disk, located in the /pictures folder (containing potentially graphic images of organs) but are still stored in ICAT, creating a dead download link on the website. The images from the /pictures folder are then filtered out after the API request to avoid their display on the website.
