Create the Paleo Explore page

Create a basic Explore page for the Paleo database. It doesn't mimic the actual paleo.esrf.fr architecture but still has two levels to search between scientific domains and the different samples attached. Though, right now, the datasets are fetched on the ICAT test database so they won't show up on the website for now.
