CI: Tests with BLISS 2.1

Valentin Valls requested to merge ci-bliss-2.1 into main

This PR feature the CI with BLISS 2.1.

Next week the tomo will be tested with BLISS 2.1.

I have also make a try with fscan=master, it believe it will be fine.
