CI: Test bliss-tomo with BLISS 2.0 instead of 1.11

Assume we will not be able to maintain anymore bliss 1.11 for the tomo anymore.

Too much tricky changes, which is anyway pointless to maintain, because every beamline will be upgraded during the summer.

To use Daiquiri tomo at beanline, bliss 2.0 + bliss-tomo 2.6 will be mandatory.

  • Updated lima simulator to be ready for blissdata (lima core >= 1.9.23)
  • Added a recipe to install dependency for daiquiri+bliss-2.0.2
  • Added daiquri-tomo tests on bliss-2.0
  • Removed daiquri-tomo tests on bliss-1.11
