tomo: Fixes for BLISS 2.0 and blissdata

This is a fix to make the tomo work with BLISS 2.0 and blissdata.

  • An old scan provider was still used
  • Blissdata sequence was crashing the daiquiri scan source API
  • Small bliss 2.0 related stuffs was fixed

I have tried to let the tomo work with BLISS <= 1.11 and BLISS 2.0, in case we really have stuffs to push with actual installation. Everything from BLISS 1.11 should be drop for this summer, in my point of view.
