allow sample image scaling

Allow daiquiri to rescale the sample images before sending them to the browser, this allows a tiled image style mode for large images in the 2d view. UI in daiquiri-ui!670 (merged). Should make the UI significantly more responsive for cameras with a lot of pixels (i.e. id21 nano)
