Pin point FSCAN on BLISS 1.10

FSCAN was branched between BLISS 1.10 and BLISS 1.11 cause of a change on the scan progress.

This PR pinpoint FSCAN to make it work with our BLISS 1.10 tests

It is only related on tomo tests anyway.
